OUR PHILOSOPHY :
Live well together in order to dedicate our working manner and ambition to the inhabitants and users.
To be curious, with an open ear and favor dialogue : with collaborators, users, clients of course and generally speaking with all the actors of a project, whose interests can sometimes be contradictory.
To be ambitious while remaining humble, participating in a story, “hyper-contextualized”, customization-wise.

Created by a trio of DPLG architects (Registered Architects) – Benoit Garnier, Bertrand Aubry and Rodrigue Goulard (who left the agency in spring 2020 and created a new company, INSEMITA), – our plural and multiple-skilled team (22 co-workers) gains its strength from its absence of compartmentalization.
We met in 2008 for the restructuring of l’Île aux Moines port spaces; this gave birth to a hybrid agency, combining architecture and urbanism. Since then, every project has been tinted with this synergy and fueled by our 3 sensibilities.

Les Sables d’Olonne : Since 2019, we have settled a basis for our development southward. An atypical refuge that allows concentration in a peaceful environment, to study, design, exchange, and rest at seaside …
Nantes : in 2014, on «Île de Nantes », we gave an old township building a new lease on life to house our team. The MC2 project was conducted with Pouget consultants (fluids) and Gestion Bat (economist).
This collective project of 800 sqm shared offices was designed through an approach based on the respect of visible and memorial patrimony. It is one of our flagship reference that combines social harmony, architectural quality, and a high energetic performance in renovation.
Users’ well-being (air tightness, quality of the premises, sound comfort, air sanitary quality, shared bikes …), low environmental impact (choice of materials, clean construction site, etc.), economic and structural mastery (specific foundations) ; all of which presided over the ambition of this operation – pilot : BEPOS Effinergie Rénovation, accompanied by the ADEME agency, SAMOA – developer, and the township project management.
