Work out an urban junction in a context of strong patrimonial value

This mix project (16 social housing + 6 commercial spaces) assumes its contemporary character while drawing inspiration from Clisson’s vernacular composition. Its identity – strong and simple – is conveyed thanks to unity in its architectural writing, consistency in volumes and choice of materials. We proposed an architecture with firmly identified lines, namely expressed through a game of successive layers and through the profiling of rooftops, bringing out balance and quality added-value to the context. Thus the project reaches overall consistency site-cale. Beyond common standards this strong added-value and custom-made project offers quality and diversity in inhabiting modes : simplex, duplex / one-stair, two-stair flats, gardens and terraces. Materials : foundation – shops : widely glazed, light-colored brick facing on ground floor, traditional smooth coating, simple or double slope tile roofs, bricked up parapet, vertical lacquered metal cladded railings.

The capacity to fully answer our demands as project manager and social housing landlord demonstrated a high quality partnership but also MAGNUM agency cleverness. Indeed, proving a will to serve the project, they greatly contributed to its success.
