A territorial strategy for circulations and movements was designed to allow a pacified, dynamic and accessible heart of city. A new soft pedestrian framework in the heart of the city is connected to the existing routes towards the bigger territory. A variety of public spaces are to be found along this new path : a generous, multi-function central square, numerous convivial small squares along the paths. We suggested a belvedere, a true vertical extension of the public space. It becomes a new landmark in the landscape, a new element of local patrimony and it allows a better understanding of the city geography. As far as planning/programmatic is concerned the commercial offer is redesigned to be centered around the church, and the new housing offer combine intensity and quality of life in an intended architecture that merges in the existing landscape. Completing the project, we worked out a phased developer pre-statement.
