This survey on urban renewal is focused on the Château district in Rezé. It aims at making it a more pleasant place to live in, more attractive, more diversified, more sustainable. The goal is also to requalify the square F. Mitterand as a central spot and improve the living conditions of the residents, by bringing about added value to the uses, security to the district, a programmatic reshaping, and by focusing concern on landscape. It includes the working out of a prospective plan meant to be shared between the different actors of the territory (town, metropolis, landlords, …), the accompaniment of the changes in constructions, restorations and operations for new constructions (batch master records, prescriptions, …), public spaces project supervision, all of which in connection with the implementation of a strategy based on the consultation of the district residents.
