The ports are in a period of deep mutation. Users expectations evolve as their touristic attractivity is rising. We must give special care/promote the landscape and environmental dimension of this impacting equipment.
Our mission is not limited to the project of space transformation, but aims at implementing technical and political synergy.
The requalification of this port territory requires our clarifying access and uses, managing flows and parking, modernizing the equipments and valuing commercial activity, all of which must be done in a new luminous landscaped atmosphere.
The refection was conducted alongside with shopkeepers and inhabitants through several workshops and public meetings.
