The project endeavours to reveal the relationship between the patrimonial, structuring built form and the wooden landscape, in holes and slopes down to the marsh of Goulaine.
From reshaped public spaces (alleyway, large and small squares), the blocks merge into a historical urban form, in a resolutely contemporary design.
A strong pedestrian and landscaped connection is created, crossing the center up and down. Besides, the place of the church recovers its original social and urban functions : gather the inhabitants by offering a wide open space highlighting the old houses of the village.
The planning and programming of the project were specifically adapted to the financial balance of the township. We accompanied the architects so as to make sure that every building project contribute to what was expected in terms of quality of life.

“Magnum is a precious counsellor with our project manager LAD SELA. It is a real pleasure to work with such partner in confidence ; they have understood our problematics, given value to our assets, and above all they accompanied us with a sense of conviction towards the local population during public meetings. It was very reassuring to lean on such cornerstones. To finish it is a real pleasure to stand alongside such partners who are always available in decisive times.”
